The ROI of a good date

Hey nerds,

I salute you from Miami - where the 30-degree days surprisingly make me feel right at home.

"Teach me to invest and I'll teach you how to code"

- I told my crush back in 2019.

7 years later - not only did I get a husband out of that date, but I nerded over markets so hard, my girlfriends started urging me to build them an investing course.

I kept saying "I don't have the time".

And then we sold Helicone in February and all I had was time.

I spun up a quick Luma site, dropped it in a few Whatsapp groups, and launched the first cohort of Wealthy Women Don't Wait.

15 days later, 20+ women registered with no marketing done! Wow.

Mid way through the course, a family office reached out: they wanted to offer the course to their members.

So, I came up with a second date, a revamped curriculum, a tech stack upgrade, and a higher price tag.

This time, 25+ women signed up (for almost double the price!).

And because things happen gradually, then suddenly…

  • I’ve started working with Play Money - an angel investing platform - to optimize founder success & growth engineering.

  • I’m speaking in Panama’s FEM FEST next week about money kinks & quirks!

  • IRL workshops are underway with women I admire, in both Miami and Panama.

  • I’ve hired a rockstar right hand to help me scale.

This past Monday, we started the second cohort of Wealthy Women Don’t Wait and there’s one quote that’s been stuck in my head:

"Money loves speed. Poverty loves waiting."

~ Alex Hormozi

Life rewards those with the audacity to jump on opportunities.

Might as well shoot your shot.

Ever since I went to the Kings of Leon concert, I’ve been on a rabbit hole of y2k indie rock - the kind I can’t stop singing aloud.

See you on cyberspace,
